Continued System Outage: Secondary Zoom tools 4/16/25
Following the outage to Zoom earlier today, resources such as Blackboard or Google Calendar's Zoom integrations tool are unavailable. Technicians are investigating.
EDIT: this issue was resolved overnight. All services operational as of Thursday morning.

System Outage: Zoom 4/16/25
There is currently a global Zoom outage, this happened approximately around 11am today. It's still currently down.
If you would like to keep up with the status on this, you can go to the Zoom Status Page.
EDIT: As of 2:30 PM, Zoom believes the issue resolved.

System Impacted: UA-statewide Networking 4/14/25
For a period of time on the morning of Monday the 14th, access to access to various web resources was unavailable while connected to the UA Authenticated network. This included: UA Online, UAS Online, UA Google, and Banner.
OIT technicians identified and resolved the issue by 10:25 AM. Investigation is ongoing to prevent repeat behavior. More information is available on their website.

Reminder: Stay up to date 4/8/25
The UAS Helpdesk has received reports of Blackboard failing to load in older versions of Safari. If you encounter this issue, please confirm that your browser and macOS is up-to-date using Blackboard's Browser Checker.
Blackboard Inc. support is limited to the two most current major Safari and macOS updates. For more information, see their Supported Browser page.

System Impacted: Blackboard "Add Content" functionality 4/2/25
Several employees reported that the ability to access the Add Content menu in their Blackboard Courses had disappeared.
Technicians restored this functionality as of 3:30 PM.
